Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, and unused.

To initiate a return, please contact us at stestudio4props@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Stefania Perissinotto Via Radici Sud 72/D Castellarano (RE) CAP 42014.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and resolve it.

Replacements

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, it must not have been worn or used.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
